Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations

  • Unshipped Orders:Β If you request to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please note that a 10% bank processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipped Orders:Β If your order has already been shipped or delivered, cancellation requests will be subject to deductions for both the bank processing fee and all applicable shipping/transportation costs.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, you must submit a return request withinΒ 5 daysΒ of receiving your goods.

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

4. Partial Refunds (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Please note: The final refund amount is subject to the deduction of original shipping charges and bank processing fees.

6. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted).

7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items are final and cannot be refunded.

8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please send us an email atΒ welqueen@welqueen.com.

9. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund directly to the gift giver.

10. Return Shipping Instructions
To return your product, please email us atΒ welqueen@welqueen.comΒ to obtain the detailed return procedure and return address.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
