BASIN FAUCET INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION

Thank you for reading the installation as below before install.
Important Note
We do not recommend dismantling the internal parts of the mixer. All mixers have been individually factory tested and assembled to give the best performance.
It is important to flush out the supply pipes before installing the mixer and connecting the flexible hose to hot/cold water supply, regardless of whether a stop valve and filter have been installed or not. This procedure will stop foreign objects from entering the cartridge.
Basin Mixer/Kitchen Mixer(A)
1. Place O-Ring over the hole in the sink/basin where the mixer is to be installed. If there is a Base, put the Base above the O-Ring.
2. Fit the Mixer Body onto the sink/basin hole. If there are Copper Pipes, please fit the Copper Pipes into the Mixer Body first.
3. Place the Horseshoe Washer on top of the Horseshoe Plate and fit it onto the Mounting Bolt using the Mounting Nut to tighten up the mixer from the underneath of the sink/basin.
4. Install the Flexible Hose now and ensure the Flexible Hose are hand tightened into place (DO NOT USE SPANNER TO TIGHTEN AS IT CAN DAMAGE THE O-RING). The Flexible Hoses are to be fitted into the correct inlets for hot water and for cold water (Red band for a hot and blue band for cold).
Basin Mixer/Kitchen Mixer(B)
1.Place O- Ring over the hole in the sink/basin where the mixer is to be installed. If there is a Base, put the Base above the O-Ring.
2. Fit the Thread Piece to the Mixer Body. If there are Copper Pipes, please fit the Copper Pipes into the Mixer Body first.
3. Then put the Mixer Body with Thread Piece onto the sink/basin hole. Place the Rubber/Plastic Washer on top of the Metal Washer and put them through the Thread Piece from underneath of the sink/basin using the Brass Nut/Plastic Nut to tighten up the mixer from the underneath of the sink/basin.
4. Install the Flexible Hose now (Please refer to the above #4).
