Thank you for reading the installation as below before install.Important NoteWe do not recommend dismantling the internal parts of the mixer. All mixers have been individually factory tested and assembled to give the best performance.It is important to flush out the supply pipes before installing the mixer and connecting the flexible hose to hot/cold water supply, regardless of whether a stop valve and filter have been installed or not. This procedure will stop foreign objects from entering the cartridge. Basin Mixer/Kitchen Mixer(A)1. Place O-Ring over the hole in the sink/basin where the mixer is to be installed. If there is a Base, put the Base above the O-Ring.2. Fit the Mixer Body onto the sink/basin hole. If there are Copper Pipes, please fit the Copper Pipes into the Mixer Body first.3. Place the Horseshoe Washer on top of the Horseshoe Plate and fit it onto the Mounting Bolt using the Mounting Nut to tighten up the mixer from the underneath of the sink/basin.4. Install the Flexible Hose now and ensure the Flexible Hose are hand tightened into place (DO NOT USE SPANNER TO TIGHTEN AS IT CAN DAMAGE THE O-RING). The Flexible Hoses are to be fitted into the correct inlets for hot water and for cold water (Red band for a hot and blue band for cold). Basin Mixer/Kitchen Mixer(B)1.Place O- Ring over the hole in the sink/basin where the mixer is to be installed. If there is a Base, put the Base above the O-Ring.2. Fit the Thread Piece to the Mixer Body. If there are Copper Pipes, please fit the Copper Pipes into the Mixer Body first.3. Then put the Mixer Body with Thread Piece onto the sink/basin hole. Place the Rubber/Plastic Washer on top of the Metal Washer and put them through the Thread Piece from underneath of the sink/basin using the Brass Nut/Plastic Nut to tighten up the mixer from the underneath of the sink/basin.4. Install the Flexible Hose now (Please refer to the above #4).Pull Out Kitchen Mixer1. Place O-Ring over the hole in the sink where the mixer is to be installed. If there is a Base, put the Base above the O-Ring.2. Fit the Mixer Body onto the sinkhole.3. Place the Horseshoe Washer on top of the Horseshoe Plate and fit it onto the Mounting Bolt using the Mounting Nut to tighten up the mixer from the underneath of the sink/basin.4. Connect the Shower Hose and the Shower Head(Please make sure there is a RUBBER WASHER inside the connector of the Shower Hose). Then put the Shower Hose through the Mixer Body and pull it out from the underneath of the sink.5. Install the Braided Hose(the one without red or blue mark)onto the Mixer Body now.6. Connect the Braided Hose and the Shower Hose by the Brass Connector(Please make sure there is a RUBBER WASHER inside the Brass Connector). Then fit the Iron Ball to the right position of the Shower Hose.7. Install the Flexible Hose now(Please refer to the above #4).

This procedure will stop foreign objects from entering the shower column or diverter. Simple shower set 1. Fit the Brass Connector to the water supply from the wall and tighten it by a spanner . Please BE SURE that there are 3 O-ring on the Brass Connector and DO NOT wipe the oil on it. 2. Put the Back Cover to the Brass Connector. 3. Loosen the two screws from Shower Body by Allen Key. Then Put the Shower Body to the Brass Connector and push it to the end. 4. Adjust the Shower Body and make it straight then tighten the two Screws by Allen Key. 5. Install the Top Shower and Hand Shower and hose. (Finish)

Mount the Mixer Body into the wall and connect the body with the inlet and outlet pipes.2. Repair the wall and take care of the surface protection of the mixer.3. Install the Face Plate onto the Mixer Body. Please be sure that there is Rubber Ring around the hole of the Face Plate and this will protect the Mixer Body from being scraped by the hole.4. Install the Handle on the cartridge and fix it up with Screw by the Little Spoon Then put the Button onto the hole of the Handle. For in-wall shower mixer with diverter, if there are single little handle for diverter, install the little handle to diverter also.5. Install the spout to the outlet directly for an in-wall bath mixer.

Please be sure that there is Rubber Ring around the hole of the cover Base and this will protect the Mixer Body from being scraped by the hole.2. Screw the Fixing Base to the Mixer Body.3. Install the Flexible Hose now (Please refer to the above #4).4. Fit the Fixing Base to the floor using Screws with Frame Fixing Anchor. Then move down the Cover Base and cover the Fixing Base.
